RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your interest in shopping with us. Before proceeding with your purchase please read below policies thoroughly so that you are informed of our guidelines.

Returns:

All orders placed under promotion or with the use of discount codes is FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

White clothing and bodysuits are all FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

You may exchange an eligible order for STORE CREDIT ONLY as we DO NOT honor refunds.

All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the item bought. Please note, all shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.

Instructions for returns:

                        Promotional/Clearance/Sale items are all FINAL SALE

You must email us at customerservice@everangelics.com for return approval. (Please help to include your order number anywhere in the subject email)

Please note merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be unworn and shipped back in the same condition as we have sent it. We will inspect upon arrival and once approved we will issue store credit as we do not issue refunds.

Please note items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

Damages:

Unfortunately if you received a damaged item, you must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately. You will have 7 days from the initial inquiry with proof /supporting evidence so that we can refund or exchange item. (Please note with all support evidence this will be the only special case we will honor a refund)

Store Credit:

Store credit is only valid at our online website- www.everangelics.com

Store credit will processed between 24-48 hours from receipt of item.

Store credit will not expire and will be accessible through customers account or through same email used for checkout of original order.

***We have the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not tolerate any form of disrespect (cyber bullying, cat calling, trolling, outing, etc). Our goal here is to keep our customers satisfied with our business. We civilly work with our customer in a polite, professional, and respective manner and we ask the same from our customers.
